Worlds First Panel Mounted Mass Flow Controller

Techniquip is pleased to introduce the MPC series mass flow monitor / controller. The Model MPC is a low cost, compact (1/16 DIN ), high accuracy mass flow controller incorporating Yamatake’s “Micro Flow” sensor chip. It accurately measures and controls the mass flow rate corrected to 0oC and 1 atmosphere, with negligible effect from pressure and temperature. Using state of the art sensing technology, high-accuracy and rapid response to process changes are a primary benefit.
